5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion
  • Mood and wellness data: retained as long as your account is active
  • Usage analytics: anonymized and retained for up to 24 months
  • Communication records: retained for 6 years as required by healthcare regulations
  • You may request early deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7)
